What do your holiday order deadlines mean?

The order deadlines shown on our website are for Ground Shipping within the contiguous United States.  Expedited shipping MAY be available for an extra fee...it just depends on the vendor's policies, backlog, etc.  Please contact us at info@everythingsbettermonogrammed.com  to inquire about ordering after the stated deadlines. 

 What are your Embroidery Styles?

We carry monogrammed gifts from a variety of vendors.  However, we do monogram many of the items on our website.  The embroidery styles for the items that we embroider in-house may be seen here.

 How do you know the correct order for monogram initials?

Today’s trends change almost daily!  So, for help, and ideas, take a look at our etiquettes page. It will help you with just about every situation.  If you don’t see an example to help you, please contact us and we will be glad to help.

 How do you enter initials for monograms?

On all of our products, we ask that you enter the initials in the order you would like them.  When they are entered in the personalization section of the item, you will notice that the initials will show with the last initial in the middle, and larger. If you would like all the initials the same size, please let us know in the comment section.   For example, Sara Madden Brown’s initials would be entered as SBM, and it will show up with the B larger.  The initials for William Kent Wilkins would be WKW, all the same size and in the same order.  For suggestions and help deciding on your monogram, take a look at our etiquette page.

What is your Return Policy?

Personalized items may not be returned.   If EBM or the vendor/manufacturer has made a mistake in the personalization of an item, we will gladly replace it for the correct item. Non-personalized items must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the item with approval from EBM.  Return shipping charge and original shipping charge to the customer will be the responsibility of the customer on approved returns.

What is your typical turnaround time?

Many of our items are produced by our vendors and shipped directly to you, the customer. The vendor turnaround times vary, but are typically within two weeks, unless otherwise noted. In-house monogrammed items usually ship within 1 week except during the busy holiday season.  If an item has been back-ordered, we will notify you so that you can approve the longer wait time.

What does it mean when my Order Status says "Drop Shipped from Vendor"?

We order many of our products from a wide range of vendors who have a wide range of turnaround times...from as little as the same day to as much as 3-4 months.  Most items ship from the vendor within 2 weeks of order submission.  Anything over 2 weeks will be noted in the product description.  So, the order status "Drop Shipped from Vendor" simply means that we have forwarded your order to the vendor.  Once the vendor has the order, production times will vary, but will be within 2 weeks, unless otherwise noted.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & PayPal. You may enter in the information on our secure payment page, or if you prefer, you may call us with the information.  Payments are processed upon placing your order. When entering your credit card information, please be sure to include the billing address that is associated with your credit card. Also, if paying by credit card, please be sure that the "Credit Card" choice is selected.

Is my credit card payment secure?

Your credit card information is secure on www.everythingsbettermonogrammed.com!  We use Authorize.net for our secure payment processing.  You should see the lock symbol in the URL area of your browser.  Your credit card information is never seen or stored by anyone.  Any payment information given to us will not be sold or released to any third party establishments.  Please contact us at info@everythingsbettermonogrammed.com with any questions regarding the security of your online credit card payment.

Do you have gifts that are not shown on the website?

YES!!! We have things on-hand that come in and get sold before we can get them on the website.  Only a portion of the inventory is shown. So, if there is something in particular that you are looking for that you do not see, please email or call us. We will also special order anything for orders over 50 pieces.

Shipping Information

Most orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail, which arrive within 2-3 days within the Continental U.S. Larger items such as giftwares are typically shipped by FedEx Ground. Many of our items are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. Their shipping methods vary depending on the item.

If I change my mind about my order, how long do I have to cancel it?

We hope that you do not feel the need to cancel your order, but if you do, we ask that you notify us within 1 hour of placing your order to receive a full refund. Most of our items are custom produced, therefore, after 1 hour; the order will be in production and cannot be cancelled.

Why do I need to create an account to place an order?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we may need to contact you with questions about your order. We often need to try reaching a customer by email &/or phone to expedite the order as much as possible. We will use your email address for future communication regarding sales, new products, etc. All promotional emails include an easy to use Unsubscribe button.

ABSOLUTELY!   We can issue a gift certificate that can be emailed to you for printing, or we will mail it directly to you or the recipient.  Everyone gets so excited when they receive one of our gift certificates!  It’s better than going into a candy store! 

Will the monogram stitches bleed when washed?

No, they will not.  Even staying in the sun, they will not fade.  Whatever a monogram is stitched on may fade, but from our experience, not the stitching.

What is the largest size monogram that you can do?  I want a big monogram in the middle of my shower curtain.

We can do that for you!  The largest size of monogram we can do is 13” x 13”.  Prices for this vary, depending on the font chosen, and of course, the size.

Does EBM every offer coupon codes for discounts?

We sure do!  Sometimes they will be floating out on the web and sometimes we will post one in FaceBook, or Instagram.  Be sure to sign up for our newsletter, as there is always one in our current newsletter.  And, everyone who shops at one of our home parties will get a coupon with their order.
